We want each homeowner who reaches Gameleast Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, test results, work, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Gameleast Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If you do not like our answer, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help as well.
